Setup:
  • 180 active men and women aged 18 – 30
  • Subjects had knee pain but no diagnosed joint disease
  • 12 week study with a 5g daily dose of ReGenos sourced collagen.
  • studied against a placebo group.
Results:
  • Results evaluated by a physician and a Visual Analog Scale
  • Using collagen led to a significantly higher reduction of exercise-induced knee pain vs. the placebo.
Conclusion:
The tests confirmed that the oral intake of bioactive collagen peptides used in the current investigation led to a statistically significant reduction of activity-related joint pain.
